• U8 and under - Size 3
• U10 - U12 - Size 4
• U14 and above - Size 5

Shin Guards: Must be completely covered by socks.
Soccer Cleats: Must not have toe cleat
Water: Always provide your player plenty of water regardless of how hot it is.
