Become a Referee
AIYS proudly supports the development of our referees within the State Referee Association and U.S. Youth Soccer. We are continually looking for every player, parent, or community member regardless of age, skill level or gender who may be interested in contributing to the safe and positive environment for our soccer community. We have refereeing opportunities at numerous age and skill levels, week night and weekend games.
Current AIYS Referee Pay scale:

| 15U – 16U | 80 minutes | $60 | $30 |
| 13U – 14U | 70 minutes | $50 | $25 |
| 11U – 12U | 60 minutes | $40 | $20 |
| 9U – 10U | 50 minutes | $40 | |
